Blue Mountains

What to do when sky is blue, sun is shining and you feel like for fresh air? Time for Blue Mountains!
Took the train with Sarah from Sydney Central to Katoomba, where we met Sarah's friend Luke for lunch. He had already completed his multi kilometer hike in mountains but was more than happy to tag along with us.

Sarah and I decided that we need some exercise and decided to go down the Giant Stairway from Echo Point. Luke cleverly decided to wait by car...
Yep, over 900 steps later we reached the path and valley, and another 900 steps later we were back at car... slightly rosy cheeks ;)

Then we took the train down to the valley, fantastic journey! Vertical and I mean vertical tracks going down the cliff face! But it was fun! It was just superb day out in nature! I think I might have got fresh air poisoning as felt just super charged!

... only 900 and something to go upwards!!!
Heading down back to valley on the vertical train...
